Who am I?

My name is Yvette Davies and I have been helping people arrange mortgages and protection since 1999. Based locally on Barlow Moor Rd in Chorlton I have up to date in-depth knowledge of the whole of market to give you the most suitable advice.

Why Independent Mortgage Advice?

Now that’s an easy one ………. I can potentially provide so much more advice on the whole of market than your Bank, Building Society or any agents tied to a limited number of lenders can offer you.

Great, as long as you know you have the most suitable one for you. Did you use an independent adviser, or have you shopped around to check that it’s the most appropriate mortgage for you in this ever changing market? I can always check this for you.

Your current deal is coming to an end, you say?

Don’t just stay with your current lender for ease. Shop around to ensure you are getting the most suitable deal for your circumstances. Your current Lender may not offer the most suitable rates on the market, and any saving is better in your pocket than theirs.

What’s it going to cost you?

To use me; nada, nothing, zilch! I don’t charge fees as I will be remunerated by the lender which is in my disclosure document. Of course the lenders aren’t always this generous, so it’s my job to let you know if and what they will charge you for their products.

Ah, but you need other products as well…..

I also aim to advise on insurance contracts  with the view of protecting both yourself and your family in the event something happens to you; to give you financial peace of mind.
