For decades, Out of the Blue has always been determined to provide an unsurpassed service, offering local fish from sustainable sources. They endeavour to buy on moral and ethical grounds from British inshore fleets.
They sell seasonal products: line-caught Cornish fish, (90% is wild), freshwater fish, shellfish, game, free-range poultry and several organic products. They also sell a small selection of seasonal veg accompaniments and a vast range of deli products, from black linguini to fresh coffee.
Dave and the team are super-friendly and will always offer cooking advice and great service. And if you can find a better piece of sushi this far west of Japan, we’d love to know about it.
